Member care is the commitment to walk alongside missionaries, caring for their spiritual and emotional well-being as they serve. Our heart is to support and strengthen each worker so they can remain healthy and encouraged as they continue in their ministry in Europe.
Leading Member Care Efforts
We help lead and shape member care efforts within European Christian Mission, working to ensure that care is intentional, proactive, and woven into the life of the organization. Our goal is to build a culture and support structure where every worker is supported and strengthened for long-term ministry.
Caring for Leaders in ECM
We walk closely with leaders within European Christian Mission, offering encouragement, support, and a space to process the unique challenges they carry. By caring for leaders, we help sustain healthy teams and ministries across Europe.
Organizing Training Events
We help organize training events for our Member Care Facilitators and leaders that equip and strengthen missionaries for the realities of life and ministry in Europe. These gatherings provide practical tools, spiritual encouragement, and a sense of community that helps sustain long-term service.
Debriefing Missionaries
We have greatly benefited over the years from personal debriefings. We went through a training program, and now we provide debriefings for missionaries. We speak into their lives at key moments in their journey, create space to reflect, process experiences, address grief and loss, teach the “Ampersand Reality”, and encounter God’s renewal. These times are vital for emotional and spiritual health, helping workers move forward with clarity and strength as they step into the next season of ministry.
